HISTORY

Firedart Engineering Underwriting Managers (Pty) Limited was started by Mike Tandy, on 01 May 2001 from offices in Benoni, and grew to a staff complement of three, underwriting all classes of Engineering Business for Compass Insurance Company.

In February 2002 we opened up an office in Cape Town under the management of Anthony Jones, whose current staff complement is three.

In May 2003 the staff compliment of our Johannesburg office grew to 8 when Franscois Engels and Ian van Loggerenburg joined. It was at this time that we moved to our current office in central Johannesburg
